Web design and development for enterprises and governments

We design and build websites that reflect the standing of the organisation behind them: clear structure, careful typography, and pages that load quickly on any device. Each site is built for the people who read it, with Arabic and English, accessibility and search visibility treated as part of the design.

What it is

Corporate and institutional websites, designed and built to be fast, accessible and bilingual.

An institutional website has several jobs at once. It has to reassure a procurement officer, inform a citizen, attract a candidate and give a journalist the right fact in seconds. We begin by deciding what each audience needs to find, then design the structure and content around those paths before we draw a single screen. Writing the content early also shows where the structure needs to change. Each page has one job and one next step for the reader.

Design and engineering happen together. The same team that sets the typography and motion also writes the code, so what you approve in design is what ships. Pages are server-rendered for speed and search, images are sized and compressed for the device, and animation is used where it explains something and switched off for users who prefer reduced motion. Real devices and slow connections are part of the review, not an afterthought. The result is a site that stays quick as content is added over the years.

Content is managed in a system your team can edit without a developer. We set up analytics and Search Console, write the metadata and structured data, and structure pages so that search engines and AI answer engines can read them accurately. The site launches measured, and we report on how it is performing. Pages are checked against Core Web Vitals and accessibility targets before and after launch. We keep the monitoring on after launch so regressions are caught early.

Capabilities

What the work covers.

  • Brand-led design systems

A component library built from your identity, so new pages stay consistent as the site grows.

  • Corporate and institutional sites

Information architecture and page design for organisations with many audiences, services and departments.

  • Bilingual Arabic and English

Right-to-left layouts designed alongside the English version, with proper Arabic typography and language-aware routing.

  • Performance engineering

Server rendering, image optimisation and tight JavaScript budgets, measured against Core Web Vitals on mid-range phones.

  • Accessibility

Keyboard navigation, colour contrast, screen-reader semantics and reduced-motion support, built to WCAG 2.2 AA.

  • Content management

A headless or database-backed editor with roles, preview and approval, so your team publishes without us.

  • Technical SEO foundations

Clean URLs, metadata, structured data, sitemaps and redirects handled at build time, so the site can be found from day one.

  • Interactive and 3D experiences

Scroll-driven stories, data visualisations and WebGL scenes, always with a fast static fallback for mobile and low-power devices.

At handover

What you keep.

Typical stack

Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Motion, Three.js, React Three Fiber, Figma, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Cloudflare, Railway.

Named plainly. We pick per project and explain why.

  • The live website and its source code
  • A design system and Figma files
  • A content management setup and editor training
  • Analytics, Search Console and tag configuration
  • A performance and accessibility report
  • Redirect map and SEO migration plan, if replacing an existing site
  • Hosting and deployment documentation

How it runs

Four steps, every time.

  1. Discover

We map the product, the funnel or the process and agree where the first useful change is.

  2. Design

Scope, architecture and rollout on paper. You see what ships, in what order, before anything is built.

  3. Build

Working increments, reviewed with you as they land rather than revealed at the end.

  4. Operate

We hand over code, documentation and access, train your team, and stay on until running it is routine.

Questions

Straight answers.

How do we choose the best web design agency?

Judge them on shipped sites rather than concept decks. Check page speed and accessibility on real examples, ask who designs and who builds, and see how they handle Arabic. Find out how you will edit content afterwards and who owns the code and the domain. A strong agency also discusses search and measurement before launch, not after.

Do you do both design and development?

Yes. The designers and engineers work in one team, so the approved design is what gets built, with no handoff gap.

Will the site be in Arabic as well as English?

If your audience needs it, we design both from the start. Arabic is built right-to-left with its own typography and reviewed by a native reader, not produced by mirroring the English layout.

Can we update the site ourselves?

Yes. We set up an editor with roles and preview, and train your team. Structural changes can still come to us, but routine content never needs to.

What about our existing site and its search rankings?

We audit the current site, map every old URL to a new one, and carry over the metadata that matters. Redirects and Search Console are checked at launch and for the weeks after.

How is a website scoped and priced?

Scoping covers the number of page templates, languages, integrations, animation and content work. It is settled before kickoff, so the figure you agree is the figure you pay.
